Low Moisture Spray Encapsulation Cleaning (LMC)
Where rocket science and carpet care unite. Approved by the Carpet and Rug Institute, specially formulated polymeric chemistry is designed to suspend, become part of, then encapsulate soil and sticky binders for removal by normal vacuuming.
Considered by many to be one of the Greenest cleaning methods, the LMC cleaning process uses less water, chemistry and energy. It dries quickly so impact on HVAC use is minimized, and helps prevent new soil from sticking to carpet fibers.
LMC encapsulating chemistry is lightly misted over the carpet surface then mechanically brushed into, and throughout all areas of the carpet fiber - top to bottom and all sides. Carpet looks cleaner immediately as soil is removed from the fibers and suspended for dry removal.
Hot Water Soil Extraction (HWE)
The industry standard when it comes to deep restorative cleaning. Powered by high efficiency portable extraction machine, superheated water along with a specialty rotary brush extraction wand, scrub, rinse and extract deeply embedded soil, residues, and binders from spilled drinks, heavy foot traffic, etc.
Carpets are pre-sprayed with an eco-friendly detergent, thoroughly scrubbed, then flushed clean. Speed drying techniques are then incorporated to ensure traffic patterns and stains stay gone.
HWE can also be teamed up with LMC cleaning to achieve a fully reconditioned near-new look. It's a bit of a process, but the results are amazing...and a lot less disruptive than replacement.
